Binary Options Oscillator Averages Arrows builds a momentum oscillator from moving averages and normalises it into a clean 0-100 range on MetaTrader 4. Optional momentum and cumulative-momentum modes emphasise acceleration, and a normalising window keeps the reading scaled consistently across markets. Overbought and oversold zones (default 90/10) mark stretched conditions, and when the oscillator turns out of those zones the indicator prints buy or sell arrows on the chart. A full alert stack — pop-up message, sound, push notification and email — means you can leave it running and be told when a signal fires, which suits binary options traders watching several pairs.
