Cut Off Line — MT5 Momentum-Balance Oscillator

Description

Cut Off Line gauges whether bulls or bears control price by averaging the significant candle bodies over a lookback window, then plots a colour-coded line that sits above zero in bullish balance and below zero in bearish balance. When the line crosses the zero level it prints a cross-up or cross-down arrow — the actionable signal — and can alert on the closed bar only (non-repainting). Use it to trade in the direction of momentum and to filter out choppy conditions. A single clean Period input controls it; full popup/sound/push/email alerts are built in.
